Description
A Winemakers Reserve Experimental wine which was produced by using three different red wine making techniques. Its nose exudes a bouquet of perfumed roses and confectionery characters that will leave a lovely rich lingering palate reminiscent of strawberry liqueur centered chocolates, with fine coconut oak and soft warming tannins. Produced with the aid of fresh Bio-Dynamic eggs, which I may have left some trace behind.
