Description

This wine was made from Chardonnay grapes grown on our “Eco Friendly” Bio-Dynamic
estate in North West Victoria. It was approximately 50% barrel fermented and matured in
small French and American oak casks, and approximately 50% clean and very cold
fermented in stainless steel. This combination adds fruitiness, complexity, richness and
depth of character to this popular style.
